Americans, what region of the USA do you live in? Or have lived in the most and identify with the most?
New England in the hizzy. Kinda surprised you didn't group Minnesota with the Great Lakes states though.
Couldn't see the poll on Tapatalk but yeah, coastal Southern here as well. Grew up in eastern North Carolina except for a few years in the DC area when my Dad was stationed at Coast Guard headquarters. I've lived in Charlotte for about 11 years now.
Born in Washington state, lived in Nor. Utah and So. Cal. Currently reside in the farthest southwest corner of Utah. I identify as a westerner certainly.
I thought about copying and pasting all the lyrics to "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald" here, but instead I think I'll just post "Great Lakes states."
A terrific place. One of my favorite places in the country. First visited family there when I was 6. Went there every Summer after until I was 14. Foster City, San Mateo, Sausalito, love all of it.
Huh, the last three states I've lived in all got filed in the same category - "SouthWest." Easy answer, I guess.
Born, raised/have lived my entire life (so far) here in Southern California. Was born in a city called Montebello (next door to East L.A.), and lived there for the first 4+ years of my life until 1991, when my family moved to La La Land (specifically the San Fernando Valley, where I still reside).
There's no "Greater Antilles" (Cuba, Jamaica, Dominican Republic/Haiti, Puerto Rico) option, so I'll just pick Virginia.
